  I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Andres B. at the Milpitas, CA store for helping my wife with a recent purchase. As the products on a particular aisle were quite mixed up from their price tags, Andres took the time to not only help her with her purchase, but also to complete the purchase. His professionalism and personal "Customer Service" ethic made this purchase not only easier, but, ensured that we will be looking forward to our next visit to this particular Staples location. It was a most pleasant experience that seems to be missing from a majority of retailers of all products in the current electronic, app driven retail environment. It is a rare pleasure to have a store associate take the time to discuss a particular situation that an individual customer is unsure about.   At the store right now (and for the last 30 mins) Want to buy in home office set up (chair, desk, computer) though can't get anyone to help. I feel like the employees are actually avoiding eye contact.
  
  The store has plenty of selection, I just don't know how to get it.
