  Don't live there!!
  
  I lived there for 3 years.
  
  They keep increasing the rent every renewal. It ends up at a much higher rent than new comers.
  
  There are mold everywhere in my bed room and living room. I asked them to remove the mold several times. They just simply say this is normal and refuse to remove the mold.
  
  There are lots of people from outside of the apt coming to the pool, it is always full of people and loud noise.
  
  Cockroaches are everywhere. You have to fight with them everyday.
  
  There are not enough parking spots. They only give every family one spot. I have to park on the street most of the time.
  
  It is close to highway, so you will hear the noise day and night.
  
  After I left, they sent a utility statement to my new address, and also to the collection company immediately. The collection company keeps calling me even I already pay off the full amount to Meritage apt. This is totally insane.
