    i had the worst shopping experience at Great Mall Wilsons Leather outlet Center, i had purchased an office bag for my wife but since the size was not a good fit , we decided to return it. The sales person at Wilsons leather outlet was not only unprofessional but also rude. they will just not let you return , they tried to find some reason not to return , but since we had all receipts and tags intact, the salesperson even had the nerves of saying that the outlet you purchased the bag from does not even exist, for a minute I could not believe that they could stoop so low. Finally when the sales person did find the store from where i made the purchase she went on to make a rude comment of " why do you purchase an expensive bag when you want to return it " . That was it for me, I will never ever even visit the store again let alone buying from them. Zero stars on customer service. I would highly discourage anyone from going to Wilson's leather.
