    Went to this location 3 times because they kept making mistakes. There's only one employee, doesn't matter who, working real slow and bad customer service. Tired of Sprint/SWL. Will transfer to a new carrier once my contract is up. Wasted 15yrs being loyal to a slow provider.

    Alex and Amanda were awesome very helpful in obtaining a new phone for my mom. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend them over the store in east ridge so two thumbs up
