  Came in w/a possible electrical problem after tail light bulb (from the dealer) replacement failed to fix the issue. They insisted the bulb replacement (a second time) was a good place to start. They quoted me hourly and minimum rates, but then charged me less when I came to pick up the car, since it turned out to be such a short/simple job. I didn't even have to bargain with them.
  They also replaced my timing belt at a reasonable price a year later. I strongly recommend them.
