  I went there about a month ago to buy a fridge for my mom. I used to work at great mall years ago and I had always passed by this store but never actually gone in and well I finally did go with my mom to see what they had. Appearance wise it's not the nicest sears but oh well. I did my research before going to check for fridge prices. We end it up picking one of the "hot buys" that they have once in a while. It's when the product it's new and you get it at a lower price. The fridge was around 1,200 but I had checked online for this one that actually value was 3,800. It was a great deal an when they brought it to my house it was new and everything works great. As for the customer service.. I was not impressed the girl who helped knew basic information and when I asked about their credit lines she couldn't really explained them to me. However, the other cashier knew all that information and was very helpful. I think that first girl who helped me was new but it was not a big deal. I would say check out the place if you want a good deal with some stuff and do your own research.
